Wake up early for breakfast meals that put the cheer back into mornings.
Café 1771’s new breakfast offerings might just make a morning person out of late-risers. There’s something for everyone: pancakes, waffles, rice meals and more. Says Sous Chef Gus Sibayan, “The new menu items were inspired by breakfast and weekend brunch dates in New York’s chic midtown restos. They’re a play on feel-good food that makes you want to lounge and enjoy long conversations with friends.”
Café 1771’s pretty and quirky interiors provide the cheery background for the appetizing dishes on the menu that will leave you spoilt for choice: go for popular picks such as Adobo Flakes Fried Rice (P250), Eggs Florentine on a boat with Smoked Salmon (P440), Croque Madam (P370) and Sour Cream Pancakes with Bacon and Organic Eggs (P450) or treat yourself to Corned Beef Hole in One (P350), Smoked Salmon Omelet (P380) or Juevos Rancheros (P350).
The breakfast menu is available daily from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.
